The Atari era was fun. I remember the time when Atari 2600 was the ultimate gaming console. Those were the times when PacMan ruled the world. Good old times. Christopher Bird took several classic Atari game covers and renamed them with more accurate titles.

Enjoy this amazing trailer of the incredible new game Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. These special effects have stunned the fans gathered at the Spike Video Game Awards.
I believe that the Fall of Cybertron will be a sort of Batman: Arkham Asylum for human psychology. This game will be so good that when will be launched, all other Transformers games will be forgotten, giving the franchise the respect that it deserves. By the way, the song of the trailer is simply insane.

It seems that rumors began to emerge about a new Microsoft product. I've gathered the available that, and many say that will be called or Xbox 720 or Xbox Loop.
The new console will be available in two models: one for common users and one for hardcore gamers. The new Xbox will feature an extremely sensitive motion sensor and a voice recognition unit. It will be sufficiently precise that it can read lips, to follow the movement of fingers and will be able to grasp the tone of voice, thus detecting players' emotions.
The current version has undergone upgrades to improve the quality of the camera. Microsoft recently released Kinect Avatar that allows tracking movement on lips and eyebrows. There are all sorts of rumors that Microsoft aims to develop a new technology that allows finger tracking for the next version of Kinect. Probably the current will be enhanced. It is rumored that Microsoft would use Kinect Thunderbolt or USB 3.0 interface 2.
They hope the new Kinect will be released with Windows 8 early next year.

It seems that people at Activision don't want to be below people at DICE. They released the trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has a beautiful story, just like its predecessors. Even if the multiplayer does not bring anything new, the single player campaign seems to be more than interesting.

Need for Speed: The Run [Demo]

Need for Speed: The Run - according to recent data from officials, EA News will have a demo that will appear on 18 October 2011.
This demo will include a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni and will take place in the desert, two events will be available. EA officials say that if you recommend the demo to a friend you will receive Porsche 911 Carrera S as a bonus. They also announced that full version of the game will appear in November.

Sony declared a worldwide monetary value modification to the PlayStation 3 console. Maintaining with former hearsays about a summer price drop, the PlayStation 3 console will now be $249.99 in the US and €250 in Europe. The annunciation was threw at the Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) event at the Gamescom 2011 conference in Cologne, Germany.
Below the new pricing the 160GB PlayStation 3 (Slim) will be distributed for $249, although the 320GB model will be $299. When boxed with Infamous 2 and a 30-day PS Plus membership, the 320GB model will sell for $299.
That was not the only big news from Sony at Gamescom today. The company also proclaimed a fresh PSP model that will sell for €99 and will only be accessible in PAL areas (Europe). The PSP E-1000 will appear like former PSP models but will not feature integrated WiFi, in order to lower the costs.

Back in the days arcade games were so big that everyone loved to spend quarter after quarter playing their favorite game. This Space Invaders miniature game sends chills down your spine. I love how Johnny Lee managed to work outside the box hacking the wii remote hacks. I think we'll be seeing pretty cool gadgetds in the future. The multitouch matrix was amazong, but the 3D effect blew my mind.

Do you remember the original GameBoy? That was a massive success. Did you know it had a CPU of 8-bit Z80 CMOS (4.19MHz) and 8KB of ram? Man that was a blast. I still remember me playing Tetris on that amazing mobile gaming platform. Right now I can play tons of games on my iPhone 4, or my PSP.

This is a demo straight from Microsoft letting us know that big things are coming in the future. You can see Windows Phone 7 connected directly to your Kinect. This comes shorty after Nokia and Microsoft just tied an agreement, meaning Microsoft is ready to take over the phone market. If this would be available to the general public, it would increase the numbers of Kinect players that are able to play in the same time.

Ever since Microsoft reveald to the world the Xbox360 Console, I was a big fan. You have to love the graphics and the feeling that this console gives you.
